Ministry of Villas was amazing to deal with also! Nothing was an issue, fast responses, great suggestions and such a pleasure to deal with. But this certainly wouldn’t stop me from highly recommending this villa and we would definitely like to come back.
The only improvements I’d love to see would be blockout curtains for the other bedroom upstairs, coverage for the little gaps in the shutters and other various spots in the bedroom and bathroom to keep the mosquitos, light and air out, and a solution to keep the little ants out. Location is great if you’re a surfer, or want to be away from the action and noise, but close enough to walk or short taxi into Canggu. Ketut and Agung were so discreet and helpful, especially with the babies (!!) We will miss them. The abundance of day beds, space inside and out, stylish furnishings, ocean views and pool were my favourite. Best of all, right outside the villa’s entrance is a cute blue gate leading down to the beach. For a place in the shade, the outdoor areas include a covered lounge. After a dip in the blue-tiled pool, catch a tan on the cool island-style sun beds. Though the beach is just steps away, Ocean Prime Villa also comes with a private swimming pool surrounded by a generous stretch of lawn. The kitchen comes fully-equipped and features an antique table, iron wood floors and a marble countertop. The table seats eight and looks out on the garden and pool. The indoor dining area at Ocean Prime Villa sits next to a beautiful open-plan kitchen, separated by a long island bar. The beachy bohemian living room features ample sofas arranged around a flatscreen TV. The room opens out to the pool, through glass doors can be closed when you need a break from the elements. Ocean Prime Villa’s living room is decorated with white furniture and bohemian touches – we love the surfboards hanging on the walls. Our favourite spot has to be the upper floor balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee while gazing out at Bali’s best surf breaks. Family friendly touches include high-speed internet (in case kids need entertaining out of the midday sun) and big areas to run and play in. He says everyone at Ocean Prime is passionate about showing their guests “genuine hospitality. The owners of Ocean Prime Villa have created a boho chic beach house that’s perfect for beach lovers, but also caters to those travelling with kids.
He has also worked at their Tampa and Chicago locations, and he was recently General Manager in Philadelphia before returning to Ocean Prime Dallas.ĭelk is justifiably proud of the people he works with at Ocean Prime Dallas and not the least bit surprised to hear us praise the outstanding service we received from our waiter. His career began as a bartender at the Naples Ocean Prime, and Delk worked his way up to Dining Room Manager. We had been seated in the candlelit dining room where we were made to feel like the only guests in the restaurant.Ī Naples, Florida native, Delk attained Psychology and Criminal Justice degrees from the University of Central Florida before finding a passion for the hospitality industry. From intimate, small private dining rooms to a scenic, air-conditioned and covered patio to a bustling lounge filled with Happy Hour guests, the space was larger than we first realized. We also took a tour of the Dallas Ocean Prime with General Manager Ethan Delk and were surprised by how large the luxurious Uptown facility is.
